Do you require a deposit?
Cappys Cab only require a deposit for airport transfers. No deposits are necessary for any of our other services.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please provide us with as much notice as is possible. While we will try to accommodate short-term bookings, we are unable to guarantee anything.
Do you accept card payments?
We have a card reader in our vehicle. We are also able to accept cash payments.
Can I book a car with a child seat?
Yes, please let us know upon booking if you require a child seat.
How will I know when my trip has been booked?
Once you submit an enquiry, we will check our availability for the time and location you have specified. If we are able to fit you in, we will confirm this to you via the email provided in the contact form.
